The November 2010 Secundomian Elections were a presidential election in the Republic of Secundomia. This was the final election of 2010 and resulted in the re-election of President Parker I.
Nominations
Conservative Party
The November Conservative convention was a quiet one. Parker I nominated himself for re-election and ran unopposed at the convention. The absence of Spencer, who had split parties, and Luke, who had for this time turned away from Secundomian politics, contributed to a quiet convention. Parker was certified as the SCP nominee on Nov 24th.
Libertarian Party
The Libertarian party in November 2010 consisted of only Spencer I. He was the presumptive nominee and registered his nomination for November on the 25th. This was the first election for the Libertarians after changing their name from Spencer's Super Awesome Party of Super Awesomeness.
Campaign and Results
A low amount of activity from Secundomia culminated in a lackluster campaign and low turnout. Neither party conducted major campaign events, mailers or speeches. Only 3 citizens in Secundomia voted in the period between November 27th and 30th, a turnout of only 33% of eligible voters. Parker I won reelection 2 votes to Spencer's 1.
