Novogrodsk is a Cheslovian Krai located west of Bolkaria. It borders Bolkaria to the east and England to the west. The Krai is known for having many national parks. Unlike other places in Cheslovia, Armenian was allowed to be a ceremonial language of the Krai due to the name of its capital city "Gurkasyan", it was named after the second President of Nagorno-Karabakh Arkadi Ghukasyan. However it should be noted that Armenian is not an official language of the Krai, and should only be used for ceremonial purposes. Novodrodsk is named after the Russian city of Nizhniy Novgorod. Many maps of Cheslovia do not show Novogrodsk, this is due to the small size of the territory and the time and cost it would take to re draw the old maps, only one map shows the boundries and it is stored in the Cheslovian National Archives.

Gurkasyan city

The city of Gurkasyan (Armenian: Գուրկասյան) is connected to Grozno to the north and Musorov to the east. Technically the three cities form one city (excluding Oxford) however the policies and laws dictating the boundries and administrative divisions state otherwise.
