Numina Islands (Old Papian: Insul-Nvmynas, Papian: Ilu den Numinas) is an archipelago of 21 islands and islets in the Atlantic Ocean. Today, the island is under control of the Brazilian state of Pernambuco it is also called Fernando de Noronha. But in the past it was known as the site in which the events of the Kossian mythology happened.


Mythology

In Kossian mythology Numinas was regarded as the "home" of the Original Pantheon of the ancient Kossian world. It formed itself after Pedram raised rocks above sea level. It is the setting of many Greek mythical stories. It was divided between the main island of Centridum in which the deities lived on and the Humanitas Islands in which the humans inhabited.
