O, zietla' Kiruskaj is approved by law on 8 March 2023. The music of the anthem is composed by Alexander Beloborodov and also modified by a unknown modifier as in the first version of the anthem when it got adopted, In most parts follows the melody of the Finnish traditional song "Karjalan kunnailla" as in the new version of the anthem. The lyrics were written by Armas Mishin, Ivan Kostin, Alexander Volkov and modified by a unknown modifier too. Since March 2023, the Kyiririan lyrics are the official ones. It is also the regional anthem of the Republic of Karelia.
