Oliver Honecker holds three positions within the government of the Union of South London Soviet Socialist Republics. Some call him the most powerful man in the country but in reality the President and the General Secretary can match his power. During his duties he has visited the People's Republic of China and secured a shipment of training weapons and some cheap goods. He is also expected to keep the population informed on any situations involving foreign powers. He is deemed to be very important to the state and the Order of Parsons was named after him.
