This is an award given out by the Union of South London Soviet Socialist Republics. The Order of Parsons is awarded to those who do outstanding services rendered to the State,provide exemplary service in the armed forces, promote friendship and cooperation between peoples and in strengthening peace, and for meritorious services to the Soviet state and society. It is named after Vice President Oliver Parsons.
