Special procedures

Special procedures have to be followed under certain conditions. For instance, if a person is titular of more than one function mentioned above, they take the rank associated with the highest function in the order of precedence. Most positions, if more than one people are associated with, such as ambassadors take precedence by order of accreditation date. A special rule also exists for retired individuals which have received the honorific position of their former function as they take rank immediately after the actual titulars.

Delegation of ranks

Delegation of ranks is not permitted in Sancratosia. Some exceptions exists for the representatives of the Sovereign Princess and the Minister of State. Same rule applies for the Vice-President of the National Council and the Vice-Mayor of Sancratosia when they are replacing the titular authority.
