Medal of Commander of the Order.

The Order of the Foundation of the Kingdom of Ruthenia is a decoration created by the order of King Oscar I of Ruthenia on 8 December 2014. The order was established to commemorate the foundation of the Kingdom of Ruthenia and the estabilishment of the Royal Family. It was one of the oldest orders of the kingdom and became the last in importance among civilian honors. The decoration was declared obsolete on 28 November 2015. With only three people decorated, it became the decoration less widespread in the kingdom.

Five grades were awarded: Grand Cross, Grand Officer, Commander, Officer and Knight.
