|
Orders, decorations, and medals of the Kingdom of Queensland comprise a complex system by which Queenslandian and qualified foreigners are honoured by the country's sovereign for actions or deeds that benefit their community or the country at large. Modelled on its British predecessor, the orders, decorations, and medals of Queensland were created after formation of Queensland. The honour system came to exist earlier during Grand Duchy. Honours were given under the British honour system.
The honours system consists of two levels – Federal Honours and State Honours.

According to the Military Medals Act of 2018, as set forth in Article 6, Paragraph 1, states that "Military medals that go to war, regardless of any case The front of the medal of the military medal. Only use the silk medal with the image of the face of Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, while the special occasion medal will be used with the image of each monarch in Queensland ... "
