The orders, decorations, and medals of the Vishwamitran states and territories, in which each state and territory of Vishwamitra has devised a system of orders and awards to honour residents and foreigners for actions or deeds that benefit their local community or state, or the nation as a whole, are in turn subsumed within the Vishwamitran honours system. Each state sets their own rules and criteria on eligibility and also how each medal is awarded and presented. All the orders and decorations grant the recipients the use of post-nominal letters in their names.

Kamrupa was the first state to establish its separate honour system on 18 June 2020 which was later on followed by other states.
