Orin Harley
Sir Orin Harley, Earl of Langton is a Bertian nationalist politician, religious leader and military leader who served as District Minister of Bertia under Oscar I from its semi-independence on 17 June 2021 until the general election on 4 July, when he was replaced by Harrison Bert of the UnITE Party. He was appointed as District Minister of Bertia again by King Harrison after the 2022 Bertia constitutional referendum. He is currently Leadrr of the nationalist and socialist Bertia Freedom Party with Dylan Williams as Deputy Leader.

He is the founder and High Priest of the Children of the Dank, a cult defined by its veneration of memes and worship of their creators. The Children of the Dank has been the state religion of Bertia since it's semi-independence. When the more spiritual Children of the Meme, led by Martin Wareham split from the Children of the Dank, resulting in the Dank Wars, Orin was their military leader. The war ended in a stalemate and a few months later the groups merged.
Harley was a Hilltopper military leader in the reclaiming of Hilltop and Bertia from Arthur II (Conner Young) in the final campaign of the Antenna War, which ended in Hilltop and Bertia being reclaimed by the United Royal Republic of Englica and Bertia's semi-independence.
He was appointed District Minister of Hilltop again by new King Harrison after his victory in the 2022 Bertia constitutional referendum, with George Heywood as Deputy District Minister of Bertia.
He is Earl of Langton in the Peerage of Hilltop.
