Paul I, (Paul Alexander George) 20 May 2002 is Supreme Leader of Shadow Metropolis and former Duke of Empire of Belangard he became supreme leader and took power on 20 Dec 2020. Paul was born in the great city of New Orleans before his life of rule. He had a tough childhood seeing his mother face a lot of abusive marriages/relationships. but it made him a very powerful man as he got older going through tough times. He is currently 22 years. and the youngest King to be on the throne. with 29 year old Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, Emir of Qatar being the youngest dictator before Paul II took the throne. After the loss of Prince Daniel I, the ruler’s brother due to being killed it changed the dictator in so many ways. This happened on Nov 28 of 2022. And now as of Jan 13, 2024 and forever the ruler is still grieving however, he will keep the prince’s legacy alive because even tho he’s dictator he says his family is just as important. The killing of Prince Daniel I on November 28 was the most remembered dates in shadow metropolis history and will be for decades.

Paul identifies as a Christian. He is a huge believer of Jesus. He tells us he got saved at 11 years old. But his family has always brought him to church since he was a little baby. But he didn't take the religion seriously until he turned 11. and realized he wanted to get serious about his faith.

Paul was noticed by former President Donald J Trump. and was noticed by 46th President Joe Biden during his time as Supreme Leader.

Paul prepared for Hurricane Ida as it hit as a category 4 hurricane. He moved out of the hurricane’s area and was safe. But due to this hurricane Paul had to do his ruler duties in a safe spot away from the hurricane. . Paul tells us this is an experience he will remember for a lifetime as Ida was more major than Katrina by wind power while Katrina was more major by the flooding.

Supreme Leader Paul has his own television series with Prince Daniel IV called INephew.

30 June 2021, Shadow War III was one of the biggest events of Paul II's reign. Duke Alex I caught stage 4 kidney cancer which really affected Paul II. Duke Alex I is still in good condition as of 8 Oct 2022.
