The Pendraig of Gwladcoeden (Welsh: Pendraig Gwladcoeden) is the head of state and commander-in-chief of the Republic of Gwladcoeden. The role of Pendraig is primarily ceremonial, however, the Pendraig does maintain a limited veto. The Pendraig is elected every three months, there are no term limits.
