Penguin Ball Ballister II (ceremonially born 30 May 2009), often referred to as Penguin B. Ballister, Penguin Ballister Jr. or nicknamed Ballball is a stuffed penguin and is an Eintrachtian politician who has been serving as the chancellor of Eintrachtia since 2021 as well as the viceroy of the Flanrives since 2023, he is also the founding leader of the Democratic Party. He was the parliament speaker and the mayor of Concorde between 2017 and 2019.
Political career
In 2018, Ballister founded the Democratic Party, a branch of the Conservative Party of Eintrachtia. In 2017, he was appointed Mayor of Concorde, the capital city of Eintrachtia. In 2021, he was granted nobility for his work in the parliament and in serving the government since the establishment of the nation. He was also appointed Chancellor the same year.
