Political parties in Lovinia

Lovinia is a multi-party democracy, which means that all Lovinians are allowed to form political organizations, alliances, and/or parties.

As stated on the Article XIV, Section 3 of the Lovinian Constitution

"All people have the right to peaceful political engagement aimed at influencing the composition and policies of the government, such as the right to create and join political parties, according to the conditions provided by law."

As of July 23, there are two main parties, with one group for nonpartisan politicians.

The Sulong Lovinia Party (English: Onward Lovinia Party) is one of the created parties on July 16, 2022. It's ideologies fall on the left side of the political spectrum, which are social democracy and progressivism. It is the main party of the current Interim Captain, John Nobleza, which also serves as the leader of the party. It has two members in the Lovinian National Council.





People Power Party

The People Power Party of Lovinia (Filipino: Partido  Lakas Bayan ng Lovinia), which is a center-right political party, with conservative, and populist ideologies. Its current leader is Gerardo Corpuz, which is the only member from the party which is on the Lovinian National Council. It was also created on July 16, 2022.

Independent Politicians Group

The Independent Politicians Group (Filipino: Pangkat ng mga Walang Kinikilingang Partido) is the group for nonpartisan politicians. Its' only member is Sonia Valenzuela.
