The Empire of Escova has a complex but effective command structure, split into two categories, the ministers and the nobles. Each have their separate function, but all are appointed by Imperial High Command.

Type of Government and House of Lords

The Empire of Escova is an absolute monarchy, as such, its monarch has ultimate power, able to veto any laws the government presents to him. Escova's Emperor rules from the capital in the Imperial District, Imperial Center. But he can travel to any of the Empires 3 districts (Imperial District, Wielfald District, and Veregard District) to make laws and meet with the government.

The Emperor also has a ruling council to help him make decisions and gives him new bills and acts to pass. This group is called the House of Lords. The House of Lords assists the Emperor in making laws and presenting ideas and bills. These people will be hand picked for their ability by the Emperor himself. One does not have to be already a nobleman to be accepted into the House of Lords, but if one is accepted, the Emperor grants him/her the honorary title of 'Lord' without the power that comes with it beyond belonging to the House. The House of Lords would be comprised of:

1. The Lord High Chancellor- the Lord High Chancellor would be the official head of the House of Lords, and assist the Emperor in ways regarding the House.

2. General Secretary of the House- the General Secretary would record the ideas made by delegates in the House of Lords. Can also contribute ideas.

3. Member of the House of Lords- a member of the House of Lords is the basic member of the body. Can vote on what laws should be passed up to the Emperors approval, and can contribute ideas and acts to the House.

The Houses members will be appointed by the Emperor, although no more than 10 can join at any given time. If more than ten want to join, the Emperor wil pick a member that has to give up a seat every 3 months.

Currently the House of Lords consists of the Lord High Chancellor Andrew Davies, Duke Erik Mannery, Fleet Admiral Regier, and Crown Prince Parker.
