The Empire of Adammia, more commonly known as simply Adammia, is a micronation primarily located on the island of Great Britain, with some small parts located in continental Europe. The nation is made up of 17 non-contiguous enclave territories surrounded by the counties of West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, Greater London, the West Midlands, Somerset and Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, and by Brittany in France. Adammia has a surface area of 192,790m² (47.6 acres) and a population of 52 full citizens, of whom 24 are territorial residents.

The Empire's form of government is a constitutional monarchy with a parliamentary system, defined by the Empire's constitution, the Supreme Directive. The current and so far only monarch is Emperor Adam I, who has ruled since Adammia was founded on 13 April 2013. Adammia's official capital is Imperial City. Other cities include Adamsville, Attenborough and Turing. The Empire consists of three provinces, five colonies and three territories.

The Empire's total size has fluctuated throughout its history, starting out with 5m² in Emperor Adam I's bedroom when it was first founded in 2013. It went on to annex five provinces over the following year, which are the only constant part of the Empire; colonies and territories come and go frequently. The majority of the Empire's area comes from the Jagstonian Plains and Ashoria, territories which cover large parks. All other subdivisions of the Empire are, for the most part, single residential buildings. The Empire's surface area peaked in March 2015 at 150,707m² (37.2 acres), then declined significantly after the former colonies of Creatuxia and Borealia left the Empire. Fresh claims towards the end of 2018 brought the Empire's size to a new peak. With the vast majority of its territory surrounded by the UK, English is the first language of most Adammic citizens, and this is reflected in the fact that it is the Empire's official language.

Adammia has a small services-based economy and the government's main source of income is a grant provided by the Emperor from his own private wealth, alongside taxes collected from a small number of private companies. Most citizens work in and import goods from their respective macronations, giving them living standards expected for a developed country. Intermicronationally, Adammia is currently in a period of heightened influence, and it is an active member state of the Grand Unified Micronational. Emperor Adam I has served an unprecedented five terms as Chair of the Grand Unified Micronational, serving a record cumulative total of over two years in the role. Adammia is currently considered to be one of the most influential nations in the MicroWiki community. Its military is fairly large by micronational standards, with 16 active servicemen and 3 reserves. It is a fifth world country under the Boodlesmythe-Tallini System. Under Dresner's System of Classification, it has a score of 4.0, and under Linden's Revised System it scores 4.0. Adammia is highly pro-European and claims to be an honourary part of the European Union as a protest against the Brexit process in the UK.

His Imperial Majesty Emperor Adam I, known as Adam James Belcher outside of micronationalism, is the first and to date only Emperor of the Empire of Adammia. He is the Founder of the nation, having established it on 13 April 2013. He also serves as Adammia's Lord Chancellor - effectively the nation's chief executive officer - alongside dozens of minor government roles. Adam is generally credited for the vast majority of Adammia's political, cultural and economic development, having written almost all current legislation. He is an influential figure in the opposition Liberal-Moderate Party, of which he is President, and through this he enjoys considerably more influence than would be expected of most constitutional monarchs. However, in recent years his influence has been challenged by populist movements such as the Storm Party, which have called on him to reduce his involvement in domestic politics. He has served many years as Minister of Foreign Affairs, and although he does not hold the post currently, he remains Adammia's foremost representative on the world stage.
