President of New Dale

The President, officially the President of the Republic, is the highest political position in the Republic of New Dale. The President of the Republic is elected directly by the citizens of the Republic of New Dale. The position of the president is awarded to the candidate who achieves the highest number of votes in the Dale Presidential Election or a by-election. The President has the duties of conducting internal and external affairs. Upon becoming President of the Republic, The President must swear to serve the Dale people, protect and defend the republic and the people's wishes while conducting affairs with other nations, under the guidance and approval of the citizens of the Republic of New Dale. A president cannot serve longer than two consecutive terms but may serve a third term as long as one full term has served before them have tried for re-election.

Qualifications for office

There are only three requirements to become a President in the Republic of New Dale

• Have Dale citizenship.
• Have a generally clean criminal record both in the Republic of New Dale and the macronation the applicant is from.

End of Presidency

The following qualifies for a Presidents end of term:

• Time of Presidency expires
• Death
• Voluntary dismissal
• Permanent inability, due to serious illness
• Nation wide demand for the president to step down from office
