The President of the Council of Ministers of the Royal Government of Juclandia, also called the Prime Minister of Juclandia is the head of government of the Kingdom of Juclandia. The Prime Minister and their Cabinet, officially called the Council of Ministers (which consists of all the ministers and their respective departments) are accountable both collectively and individually to the Great National Assembly, and the Assembly can vote to impeach a Minister or to remove collective confidence from the Council. The current Prime Minister, Gori Jucărescu, who also serves as General Secretary of the United Revolutionary Front, was elected, along with his Deputy Prime Minister and the rest of the Cabinet, by the Great National Assembly and sworn in by the King of Juclandia on 1 January 2016.

The office is established by article 80 of the Constitution of Juclandia, which stipulates that the Prime Minister heads the executive, whose power is nominally vested into the Monarch of Juclandia. Between 2001 and 2006, the predecessor states of Juclandia had no written Constitution and thus the position was created by convention, with the Prime Minister being considered back then an advisor to the President, the head of state. In 2006, the first written Constitution, that of the Socialist Democratic State of Toys, described the office of Prime Minister as the head of the government. Between 2006 and 2008 the Prime Minister was appointed by the President without the need of a motion of confidence from the Parliament. Ever since 2008 (since the government of Leopold Jucărescu), the Government needed the formal confidence of the Parliament before being vested into office by the head of state.

Given confidence to form a Government after the President persuaded the Liberals and the Christians to support Reformescu. A financial reform was started, along with a reform of the electoral system. The economic prosperity, though, was halted by the indirect implication of the external economic outline, predecessor Leopold Jucărescu's reforms and the drought that happened in the summer of 2009, which resulted in great economic losses for Cipimania. Changed focus to developing Jucărești, completely reshaping its face: the government demolished all buildings and built new, modern ones. Building a lot of appartments, the Government also opened the door for the biggest immigration wave in Juclandian history. Retains legislative majority after the 2010 parliamentary election. The government began the path to transitioning Juclandia from a republic to a constitutional monarchy, which made the Liberals threaten with retreating their legislative support. The reform to monarchy was approved in a referendum and Reformescu successfully transitioned the Socialist Republic of Juclandia to the Kingdom of Juclandia. After the monarchy was declared, he formed a grand coalition with the Democratic Party. Started a monetary reform and reshaped the leu. Founded several state companies in the tertiary sector. His reforms in foreign policy brought Juclandia in the intermicronational community in October–November 2010. Paved the road for a new Constitution and a new governmental structure, which led to Democrats' defection and King Ciprian dissolving the Great National Assembly and calling for snap elections. Managed to form a BNM-only government with support from UCD and limited PLD support. Founded the football league of Juclandia and drafted a new Constitution, which was approved in a referendum in April 2011. Raised the government budget by 75%, from 10000 to 17500 JŁ. Drafter the Law on Government. Founded the Royal Army of Juclandia. Made an administrative reform, which divided Juclandia into new districts, counties and retained the two regions. Successfully abolished the rationing system in luxury products. Defeated in the December 2011 election.
