The Prime Minister of Zeprana also known as the Premier or simply as the Prime Minister is the de facto Head of government and de jure Head of state of the Federative Republic of Zeprana, with he or she frequently discharging their own Constitutional Powers as well as that of the Federal President of Zeprana. The Prime Minister responsible for the Office of the Supreme Council of Ministers as well as the Government of Zeprana's Day-to-day Duties and is the appointer of the Prime Minister of Arcadia and Worrell - which are Autonomous Provinces within Zeprana. Much like in the United Kingdom, The Prime Minister is the leader of the Government and is ultimately responsible for the policy and decisions of the government, with the Prime Minister widely being regarded as the second most powerful person in the nation. All citizens of the Federative Republic of Zeprana that have been deemed fit by the Supreme Court and have been appointed by the Federative President may serve as the Prime Minister.

Eligibility

The Current Constitution of the Federative Republic of Zeprana states that the citizen must be a member of the National Assembly of Zeprana, as well as the following:

• Be a citizen of the Federative Republic of Zeprana
• Be a member of the National Assembly
• Be over the age of 14 years old
• Be deemed eligible by the Supreme Court
• Be able to prove good character to the National Assembly
• Be able to hold the confidence of the National Assembly

Powers & Authority

The Prime Minister of the Federative Republic of Zeprana serves as the Head of Government and a member of the National Assebly of the Federative Republic of Zeprana with them being mainly in-charge of administering affairs of the government. The Prime Minister is entitled to a Two Hundred and Fifty Zepranan Dollar Per Year Salary as well as free-of-charge residence in the Government House of the Federative Republic of Zeprana, which is the seat of the government, the Prime Minister can also serve as the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly if they so choose to.
