The Principality of Křivoklát or also Křivoklátsko is a sovereign state located in the Czech Republic. The state is created on the basis of the claim that the government of the Czech Republic acts against the constitution, and thus against international law, which defines all the obligations of the state. Křivoklátsko meets all the requirements of the international legal recognition of the state, and therefore this claim is justified. Furthermore, the state relies on the thesis that the disintegration of the Czechoslovak Republic in 1993 was a controversial and illegitimate step. The princely council does not approve of this step.

Form of government

The Křivoklát principality is a constitutional monarchy with reduced parliamentarism. The princely council does not support parliament or any other form of legislature. They believe that other forms are unnecessary and created only for entrepreneurs. The highest state authority is the princely council. The state is governed by a constitution approved by the princely council and the Prince.

Political parties

Political parties are banned. This decision was taken by the princely council that political parties could be formed by individuals whose interests do not match the interests of the state.

Law and judiciary

The Principality of Křivoklát does not have a judicial system; if a citizen violates the law, the council imposes an appropriate punishment. We are currently working on the court system and the establishment of courts.

Free baronies / lower administrative districts

There are 29 free baronies in the Křivoklát principality, which hold the function of a lower administrative unit and are headed by free lords appointed by the prince and civic councils, which are directly elected. Each baronie has a district of its administrative and cadastral jurisdiction according to assessments from the times when Křivoklát was not a sovereign state. Municipalities and their representatives exercise such transfer of state power as has been transferred to them from a higher administrative district. The ratio of the power of a free lord is equal to the civil council, and both of these authorities participate in the power.

There are 5 counties in the principality of Křivoklát, which hold the highest transferred competence right after the state district and are above all municipalities. The counties are administered by counts appointed by the prince and by the civil Assemblies, which are elected directly. The ratio of the count's power is equal to that of the Civil Assembly, and both of these authorities participate in power.

Princely council

has legislative power. For the adoption of a law, it is necessary to obtain more than 50% of the votes, for constitutional laws more than 60% of the votes. The princely council has the power to declare a state of war and martial law. Provided that corruption or other tort is proven to a government official, whatever position he is deprived of all seats. The Princely council cannot be dissolved. Each member of the council may be removed.

Regent

is a chairman of the council and presides over it. Its task is to keep the council running and to act on behalf of the council, both in the Křivoklát region and abroad if the situation so requires. He has the right to express the trust or distrust of individual members of the council on a justified basis, such as tort (corruption, crime) and to initiate the process of examining interests.

Prince

is a head of the state and have executive power and also participates in the creation of new laws, its function is to pass laws, but it can also propose them. The prince has a veto. If he wants to propose and enact a law, he must get more than 50% of the votes, and more than 60% of the votes for constitutional laws. The prince convenes a session of the princely council. He can issue so-called princely orders, which must be in accordance with the legal system of the country, ie these are by-laws.

The national symbols of the Principality of Křivoklát are the national flag' - tricolor (blue, white, green), coat of arms of principality, linden tree and linden leaves.

The army of the Křivoklát principality consists of its citizens (volunteers). If necessary, there is a procedure for mobilizing all citizens at the behest of the parliament. The head of the army is the prince. Basic military service was introduced from the age of 16 to two years. This is paramilitary training, which includes: infantry training and basics of logistics. The army is headed by the General Staff of the Army of the Křivoklát Principality, which reports directly to the prince or the princely assembly. The army of the Principality of Křivoklát is made up of units and formations of several types of forces, namely the ground forces and the air forces. The main task of the military is to defend against external attack and to perform tasks on the basis of international contractual obligations related to common defense or peacekeeping and security operations.
