Randy Balsé

Randy Balsé was the Second Emperor of the [Federation of the United States]] from June through November of 2019 after succeeding Emperor Gabriel Hackman I. Before becoming the Emperor of the Federation of United States, Randy was the General of the Federation Self Defense Force, the Defense force of the Federation of United States and the head of the Army Air Corps. Randy also took part in an intelligence operation in the FoUS, Randy is the ruler of the Kingdom of Pacifica which joined the FoUS in April 2019 and after the dissolution of the FoUS joined the Commonwealth of America (COA) in January 2020 until its Dissolution, and then part of the COA's successor, Kingdom Of Ringston until its dissolution in April 2020. Currently the Kingdom of Pacifica is an Independent, neutral nation and is not Discord based.
