Rank Republic
The Rank Republic is a form of government whose creation is linked to Mihály Gerhát and Márton Gerhát, founders of the Rank Republic of MMBS. In this government, people can be influential according to what they work for. Although the rank republic can be implemented in several ways, one ideology is always common: everyone is born equal. This type of government was developed specifically for the MMBS and the rank republic has essentially been working perfectly there since its foundation. The rank republic is basically a left-wing form of government.
Etimology
In most European languages, the word comes from the Latin res publica (public affairs). The word Rank indicates that work determines freedoms.
The operation of the state in a rank republic
The majority of the operation of the state is based on the harmonious distribution of power between the presidents, which is the key to an economy that develops at the right pace.
The Great Assembly
The main and most important thing is a creation, for which the bills are voted. Citizens can apply for such proposals. At the polls, voters openly say their approval or opposition. The two presidents always cast their votes one by one after they have discussed each other, in any order. After that, everyone casts their vote in descending order according to the rags. In case of the same rank, the older vote prevails. Of course, voting is not mandatory. If the majority of the voting points accepted the bill, in that case the bill became a law, a provincial decree or a territorial decree. Only residents registered in that province can vote on provincial and territorial ordinances. Anyone can request amendments to laws, provincial regulations and territorial regulations, regardless of the area in which their residence is registered. The exception to this is Armonika, where only residents of the area can vote. The presidents will sign the adopted law within ten days and order its promulgation. In the Rank Republic of MMBS, everyone participates equally in the work of the General Assembly based on their affiliation. If the presidents do not agree with the law or any of its provisions, they can send it back to the General Assembly before signing the law. The National Assembly will discuss the law again and decide on its adoption again. The meetings are always open to the public, only in the last resort can it happen that some members are not included in the voting. In the event that a vote ends in a tie, the party where both presidents cast their votes will win. If the presidents also take a different position, then the one where more voters voted will take effect. The meetings of the General Assembly are open to the public. At the request of the president or any citizen, the General Assembly can decide to hold a closed session by a majority of the voting points of the participants in the general assembly. In order to hold the General Assembly, it is not necessary to call all the citizens, only the presidents.
The presidency
The head of state of the MMBS is the president, who expresses the unity of the micronation and watches over the operation of the state organization. It recognizes the binding scope of the international treaty. The presidential rank is a special office, the holder of the office can only lose it in the event of disloyalty, voluntary resignation or death. The presidents maintain the unity of the nation and watch over the members and leaders of the provinces. Its tasks include managing the operation of financial affairs, which determines the affiliation of the economy, representing the organization of the MMBS, assigning and receiving ambassadors and emissaries, and awarding awards defined by law. to appear at the Votes and to organize them, to protect the basic rights of the citizens, to decide on all matters on the basis of which the law refers to the organization of public holidays, to accept the central budget and approve its implementation, to grant awards and titles, and to authorize the wearing of foreign state awards, exercises the right of individual pardon; decides on territorial organization and territorial organization issues falling within its responsibilities and competences. They have the most voting points every night. Their rights: they can declare war on any kind of petition, in war they can make special decisions and draft laws even without a vote, in private cases they can make independent decisions without a vote, only they can grant the right of citizenship, citizenship ceases with the removal of the president or the resignation of the citizen, with the bills. they can send it to the National Assembly for consideration in order to examine its compatibility with the Basic Law, only with their presence can a General Assembly be organized, and regulatory bodies can be established for the performance and exercise of certain tasks and powers of the presidents. In the event that they are dissatisfied with the work of the provincial leader, they can make an early election and punish the old provincial leader. Only presidents are authorized to declare war and martial law. In the event of a state of war, presidents can issue decrees and laws without convening the National Assembly. These will cease at the end of the emergency.
