Reccreational Infrastructure Project Abba or RIPA was a Federal program during the Great Des Plaines Valley War that was meant to continue Wegmat's recreational mission even during the war. The main project was to rebuild Chad Mans National Park, a national park with bike jumps that was destroyed by the Cook County Frest Preserve District. Other projects included mountain bike trails in most National Parks and some National Forests. The project continues to this day and its federal funding goes up until summer of 2023 where its projected to be completed.
