Nulug, officialy the Former Reformed Colony of Nulug is a former colony of the Reformed People's Republic. It was located in the US state of Texas and became a colony on September 19, 2021 at 4:15PM CEST. On 8-12-2021 Nulug was transferred to the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire after an agreement.
Timeline
- The Reformed Colony of Nulug began on February 7, 2021 as the Republic of Nulug. This was a small country whose only resident was President Thomas Allen jr. After Nulug became inactive in 2021, nothing more was done to the country. Until September 2021, the country was without leadership and without citizens. In September 2021, it was President Keyboard Calvinist of the Reformed People's Republic who rediscovered Nulug and decided to annex the inactive country to the Reformed People's Republic as a colony. According to Keyboard Calvinist, permission from former President Allen jr was not necessary, as the country had been inactive for 7 months at the time of colonialization. Nulug was no longer an independent state and henceforth went through life as Reformed Nulug, the first (Overseas) colony of the Reformed People's Republic.
- On 26-11-2021 an agreement was concluded between the Reformed People's Republic and the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire. The Reformed People's Republic would transfer Nulug to the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire in exchange for the Empire reforming their state church. This is because the Church of the Empire was too much focused on the veneration Eva Braun and too little on the Biblical message. Kaiser Luke Braun of the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire agreed, and so the colony was handed over. However, the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire never implemented these reforms. Multiple contacts between Keyboard Calvinist and Kaiser Braun also yielded promises of reforms that were never implemented. When on December 7, 2021, the Empire declared war on the Reformed People's Republic out of the blue, Keyboard Calvinist decided to cancel the deal and keep the colony.
- On 8-12-2021, another deal was concluded that Nulug would be part of. The Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire promised peace and the reforms of the Empire's church were to be carried out after all. Also, Nulug would become a special region within the Empire where Calvinism would be practiced. Keyboard Calvinist agreed, but added a little extra to the deal. The Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire would be granted Nulug, but then it had to stop declaring war on the Greater Islamic Sultanate of Recanesia. This micronation has good relations with the Reformed People's Republic and regularly clashed with the Empire over a piece of Recanesian territory that the Eva Braun Multiethnic Empire wanted. If the Empire agreed, Nulug would be granted to the Empire.
