The Regional Government of Carpathia is the executive body of Carpathia. It is headed by the Prime Minister, and has 8 ministers, besides the Deputy Prime Minister.
The ministers are appointed by the Prime Minister, and are confirmed by the Regional Parliament of Carpathia through a confidence vote. The Deputy Prime Minister is, by convention, either the Deputy Leader of the governing party or the Leader of a junior coalition partner.
