The Republic of Room, more commonly known as Room, is a micronation in Tulsa, United States. Room consists of 3 enclaves surrounded entirely by the United States, which are divided into 7 states and 1 territory.[a]
Etymology
Room comes from the autonomous region of Room, a small room in what is now the capital.
History
In 2015 Room's roots started to begin. In 2015 Room got autonomy and created its own flag. On November 17, 2016, Room got its independence from United States. When it started it was only Sermok, the first state, and the Territory of Ealt. On 2017 Room acquired the other enclave of present-day Room from United States. It got Thirdhouseland on December 12, 2018, and is the newest state of Room. Donuts decided to join Room on December 21, 2019 as the 6th state of Room.
Politics and government
The Republic of Room has a presidential government with a president and a vice-president. There are elections every third year on November 19, so the next election is November 19, 2022.
Law and order
There are very strict rules in Room that are against drinking alcohol, beer, smoking or vaping. It is also illegal the consume drugs such as marihuana, cocaine, and heroin. Committing what is a crime will result in deportation from Room and sent to a United States court. The max speed limit in the republic is 10 miles per hour. It also uses the imperial system of units. As of December 10, 2020 Room conscripted 3 men to its new army in case more wars start. It has a Navy that operates on Lake Acres, and 2 men as the ground infantry. The navy is called the First Room Navy and the infantry is called the First Room Army
Foreign Relations
It has ok relations with the nation of Bennetland, and great relations with Jacobland. Since the collapse of Bennetland, Jacobland's ties to Room started to loosen. On January 7, 2020 Jacobland declared war on Room for not creating a website page of republicofroom.fandom.com . The war is currently at a stalemate. Since Bravorfo's independence on January 7, 2020, Room has had some mild relations with them. On January 26, 2020, the Bravorfo Room Alliance was created. It is a military and economic alliance.
Military
Room has updated its military and has 1 airsoft rifle and is planning to buy another semi-automatic airsoft rifle. Room is going to create a new patrol ship the RLV 520.
Geography and climate
Room is located in northern Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States. The geography of Room is mostly flat, with tiny hills and flat plains almost covering the entire country. The only lake in Room is called Lake Acres. It has an area of 0.20 acres. Lake Acres is surrounded by the Hacre Forest, a small forest in southwestern Acres. Room has a Humid Subtropical climate.
Economy
Room's exports are limited but the ones that exist are paper balls and eggs. Room imports lots of things. It has also exported peaches.
Culture and media
Room has one school, which is located in Sermok. In Room, they speak mostly Spanish. In the state of Thirdhouseland, they speak English. Only one person in Room speaks the rarest language in the world: Spreverso. The person who speaks Spreverso can also speak English and Spanish, so he does not have any problems talking to people.
