Tobabbristrini adopted a democratic system of government with the president as head of state. Tobabristrini's presidency is elected by the people, using the "Council of States Election", which will be elected every 6 years, due to the fact that the population is not enough to be able to elect members of the Council of States, so the position of the President is elected from representatives of each province instead, which will rotate up to become the president every 2 years until 3 people are completed, then there will be a new election of members of the Federation Council.

The president is both de facto and de jure head of state and head of government.
