Reshisar is a department of Nedlando-Khorasan. It shares a land border with the United States and the Empire of Paravia. Reshisar is culturally tied to the bordering Grémmian Empire, a Paravian federal state. It is situated in Montana's Gallatin National Forest, nestled in the Crazy Mountain range rock outcropping.
History
Reshisar was originally founded as a sockpuppet on the MicroWikia site by Grémmian Sebastokrator Michael Ònff, then-president of the Grémmian Republic, in late 2013. The People's Republic of Reshisar was created to maneuver around then-administrator Harshvardhan's notorious blocking campaign, and is to date one of the most successfully concealed sockpuppets during that time.
After the campaign subsided and Wikia had begun to phase out, the Reshisar project fell into inactivity. Over the years, various plans had been made by Ònff to revive Reshisar as a side project, but the latter plans had never come to fruition. However, on 26 July 2017, planning and negotiations began to revive Reshisar in order for Ònff to establish a territory within Nedland. On 29 July 2017, Reshisar was formally annexed into Nedland, becoming the country's 41st department.
