The Richland Congress is the primary decision-making body within the People's Republic of Richland. Currently
Governors Council
The Governors Council is the upper body of the Richland Congress. Each representative represents their individual state. currently there are four representatives representing the states of Lincentia, New Polis, Populi and Polis. The main bills in this body deal with Military and Agricultural spending. The council convenes every month for 40 minute intervals.
