Robert IV (born 16 April 2003) is the first and current King of Norcross. He originally started his micronational career when he became the Chairman of the Workers Republic of Onontakeka. Williams also served as the 7th Chairman of the Micronational Assembly, he served under Onontakeka for 165 days. Robert started his micronational journey in June 2018 with the foundation of Arstotzka, later known as Onontakeka, Williamsburg and Norcross. He has also been involved in the Micronations, Faltree, USAR, Elysium, Carthia, Axefall, and Imperium Americana, where he served in both military and political roles. On July 10, 2022, Robert created a new nation that would replace the inactive Norcross, being the Czardom of North York.
