Rosewood Fruits is an Überstadti public agricultural cooperative. It was founded as a private corporation on 5 May 2014 by letters patent, with Prince Aaron of Überstadt as the initial sole shareholder.

Rosewood Fruits is the cooperative responsible for the production of all food grown in Überstadt, and leads the three public cooperatives in production and worker participation, with 80% of all Überstadtis contributing their efforts in planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting. In the 2014 growing season, the cultivated land of western Rosewood produced strawberries, blueberries, peas, two types of tomato, and two types of squash. Wild shrubs in Rosewood and Creekbed produced huckleberries. Most produce was used to help feed citizens, while some was given away to neighbors. The only sale of produce was that of an order of huckleberries to a buyer in Doria.

The Economy Ministry and the stewards of the Royal Residency have reached an agreement that for the 2015 growing season, most cropland will be planted with berry bushes, as berries of numerous varieties thrive in the Pacific Northwest; the existing berry plants were the most productive in 2014.
