• Royal Decree I - Named the first members of the New Bavarian General Assembly
• Royal Decree II - Established the Ministry of State and its departments, Ministry of the Treasury and the Ministry of Justice

• Royal Decree III - Established the Peerage of the Kingdom of New Bavaria.
• Royal Decree IV - Established the Royal Privy Council of New Bavaria.
• Royal Decree V - Created the Principality of Spring Rock for the New Bavarian Nobility, and the Principality of Springfield to be held by the Crown Prince/Princess of New Bavaria.
• Royal Decree VI - Established the New Bavarian Royal Police Department.
