The Prince of the Princely State of Harcourt is the holder of a public office created by the Harcourt Constitution. He has complete say over every pice of legeslation & doctrine officialized by the State.
Official title
The title of Harcourt's Prince is His Emence, Price William the first of Harcourt, Servant of the Servants of God and Protecor of the faith.. However, he is commonly refered to plainly as Price William of Harourt".
