The Most Esteemed Royal Queenslandian Order is the second honours, established together with King George's Service Order on the same day. The Royal Queenslandian Order is an award given only to the upper and lower royals and the heads of foreign, foreign royals and People.
Regulations for the giving of decorations
The Royal Queenslandian Order is the highest class insignia of the Kingdom of Queensland. The Bureau of the Royal Household has set a plan for delivering the Royal Queenslandian Order as follows:
- 1. The recipient of the Royal Queenslandian Order must be a member of the royal family only.
- 2. Royal Queenslandian Order recipients must be 10 years or older.
- 3. Who has received the Royal Queenslandian Order from that foreign country The recipient must be the head of state only.
- 4. Royal Queenslandian Order in 1 year is limited to the grantor as follows
- 5.1 The royal family must have at least 2 persons
- 5.2 Foreign head of state or Prime Minister Must have a minimum of 6 people only
- 5.3 Commander-level soldiers to the commander of the military, totalling 12 people
- 5.4 Military soldiers who benefit the nation and civilians who benefit the nation, 20-30 people.

The order consists of three grades.
Grand Cross
- Awarded to a person who has given outstanding service to a country and given to a diplomatic or military officer who has performed outstandingly and received the highest praise from the people and government.
Knight Commander
- Awarded to a person who has given outstanding service to a country and given to a diplomatic or military officer who has performed outstandingly and received the highest praise from the people and government.
Commander
- Awarded to a person who has given outstanding service to a country and given to a diplomatic or military officer who has performed outstandingly and received the highest praise from the people and government.
