Saki Todo Aksanin American Administrative Centre City, simply known as Saki City or Todo City is the Administrative Centre of the Aksana. Saki City is located in the Rhode Island Sector on the northern equator of the Earth, while Aksana is in the Southern equator of the Earth.

While Renaud is the de-jure capital of Aksana, Saki City is the de-facto capital of Aksana not registered as the capital even though is the Aksanin Capital.

Etymology

The name Saki means with sa as "blossom", and ki for "hope" and Todo means "wisteria, fuji" Plant with purple or white flowers.) The word Todo is also spelt Toudou.

The name was named after the Space Battleship Yamato character Saki Todo as the Aksanin president was a major fan of Saki Todo.
