The Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs is the main junior-minister at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and deputy to the Prime Minister of Roscamistan. The Minister of State is a position that helps with the administration and advice to the Cabinet of Roscamistan along with the Prime Minister. The position was originally vacant, until 22 October 2021 when Culann Burke was appointed to the position. On 28 November 2021, Burke left the position vacant, and became the First Secretary of State. The position was filled again by the former President of Ballinfoyleburg Ivan Ryan who was appointed to the position by Thomas Jacobs on 8 February 2022. He resigned on 28 February 2022.
The offices title was changed from Second Secretary of State to Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs when the title of First Secretary of State was altered to Prime Minister.
History
The position was proposed through the tenure of Doros Patusky as First Secretary of State, but it was only created after he resigned from the position on 21 October 2021 was someone appointed to the position. On 22 October 2021 Vice President Culann Burke was appointed to the position under First Secretary Katherine Keadivich. After the November 2021 Roscamistan elections Culann Burke became First Secretary of State, and left the office vacant. On 8 February 2022, Ivan Ryan, former President of the neighbouring Ballinfoyleburg was appointed to the position. He resigned on 28 February 2022. On 15 May 2022, Senator Nyck Bradaten was appointed to the position, thus ending the period of vacancy that followed his resignation.
