Each agency of the Organisation of Active Micronations was headed by a Secretary, responsible for the administration of the agency. The three major agencies (OAMEAO, OAMIAO and OAMNPO) were headed by Vice Secretaries-General and were thus elected while all other Secretaries are appointed by the Secretary-General.
