The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (unofficially Foreign Secretary) is the head of the Foreign Office, the foreign minister and chief diplomat of Roscamistan, behind the President of the Federation. The Foreign Secretary is appointed by the President of the Federation, and serves at his pleasure.
The Foreign Secretary’s main purpose is to manage the diplomatic relations and self image of the state abroad, and in conjunction with the President, formulates all foreign policy.
