The Secretary of the Union of Micronations of Central Europe is the chief administrative position of the Union of Micronations of Central Europe elected for one year. Primarily, the Secretary ensures that the sessions of the Council are orderly, plans their time and agendas, ensures validity of all votes cast in the Council and has the power to appoint the justice, which enforces all treaties and conduct in the organisation. Any citizen of any member-state can run for the Secretary position, although it is customary for the governments of member-states to nominate their picks.

In a council session, the Secretary does not represent their member-state but instead only the secretary position and thusly cannot vote without temporarily relinquishing their duties as Secretary. Informally though, the holders of the position always steered the organisation into their preferred direction and are seen as influential members of the Czech community, even though the organisation and the power of the office are relatively weak.
