September 2017 Ionisia and Jovanovo local elections
The September 2017 Ionisia and Jovanovo local elections took place on 6 September 2017 to elect Representatives for the recently annexed Austenasian Towns of Ionisia and of Jovanovo. Representatives speak and vote on behalf of their city or town in the House of Representatives.
Both cities saw a single candidate stand for election to both positions, and both candidates were elected with 100% of the vote. Voters had the option to abstain, which renders an election inconclusive should it gain more votes than the candidate.
Prince Aggelos and Iron Lord Daniel Dankovsky, who had been Acting Representatives of Ionisia and of Jovanovo respectively since the annexation of the two towns, were both confirmed as elected Representatives in the election.
