The Seybold Emergency Council, colloquially known simply as the Emergency Council is a council separate from the government in the Democratic Republic of Seybold than meets when there is a matter in the Democratic Republic of Seybold worthy of discussion between government members.
Functions
The Seybold Emergency Council is a safe space for government officials to discuss current problems in the Democratic Republic of Seybold. It is not owned by the government even though it is operated by government members.
