The title Socialist Victor of Paloma (Spanish: Víctor socialista de Paloma) also know as, Socialist Victor is the second highest distinction in the Free Socialist State of Paloma, awarded personally or collectively for heroic feats in service to the Socialist state and society. It is the only Paloman award given to foreign recipients.
