The Isles of Stonne, officially the Outlying Province of Stonne and known for postal & statistical purposes as Province O1, is a governmental province of the Princian Commonwealth in the northwest of the United Kingdom that consists of a small part of a few of the islands in the River Ribble, Great Britain. Stonne elects 9 ministers and 1 lordminister for representation in the Electoral Legislature of the Prince's Order and is Princia's only surviving unchanged province since the provinces system was introduced following the establishment of the Confederation of Greater Princia (now the Princian Commonwealth). Stonne's 3-digit country code is STN and from 27th February 2021 to 1st February 2023 it was a member of Efricho Prefecture, now being a member of Fidelia Prefecture.

Princian Commonwealth
The Princian Commonwealth officially has full control over the Governate of Stonne but allows certain freedoms the other provinces have no access, such as the inability to veto any decisions made by the First Minister or Second Minister.
First Minister
The First Minister of Stonne holds complete, almost dictator-like, control over the Outlying Province of Stonne and is appointed from the election result of the Stonne Electoral Region in a Princian unitary election. The Second Minister will act as a temporary First Minister if the First Minister is unwell or is for whatever reason unfit to do their usual duties.

The Second Minister that has been appointed by the Prince Joshua I is Second Minister Alexander.
History
First established in September 2018 as a colony of the Principality of Greater Prinica, then in May 2019 it become a condominium between the Confederation of Greater Princia and the United Empire of Nirfo following a demand from Nirfo's emperor to either hand over the territory or assume joint administration due to it being regarded as too close in proximity to what Emperor Leo I called his "turf."
Then in February 2020 Stonne became an outlying province after Princia terminated the joint-administration following Nirfo's acceptance of Prince Joshua's ultimatum to it's emperor to return the territory or face war.
Etymology
The name Stonne comes from the English "stone," a reference to the islands of Stonne being made up largely of rocks and stones.
