Better communication

Hey. Couple things to say here. Alright so 1) it's kinda boring on MicroWiki now that this isn't being updated at all. I did enjoy reading other nations' article (though I do understand it could be spammy/too much).

But my main point, 2) there really needs to be better communication about who can submit articles where. I've taken a good look around and it doesn't look like there's documentation anywhere. I'm not saying to open it up, just to provide information about submitting on, say, MicroWiki@Discord (even though some people don't have Discord but I digress).
