The Most Dignified
The Most Dignified (Portuguese: O Digníssimo; abbreviation: The Mt Dig.) is an honorific style traditionally applied to certain persons and collective bodies in the Kingdom of Ebenthal. The term was coined by King Arthur II analogue to the British style of The Right Honourable but invoking the more traditionally Portuguese notion of dignity and worth as seen in the treatment gave to the Portuguese peerage at the former Chamber of Peers of Digníssimos Pares do Reino (The Most Dignified Peers of the Realm). The Government of Ebenthal adopted the style as official to all senior members of government through the October Reform Act.
