Themistocles Apostolides (Greek: Θεμιστοκλῆς Ἀποστολίδης, [θe.mis.toˈklis a.pos.toˈli.ðis]), born on 15 April 1998, also known as Themistoklis Apostolidis, is the current High Consul and head of the government-in-exile of Zenia.
Early life
Themistocles was born in Athens, Greece, but grew up in Psychiko. His father comes from Rizounta in Pontus, and Thebes, while his mother from the island of Lemnos. He has two sisters.
Micronations
Zenia
On 26 March 2021, Themistocles was appointed as a citizen of Zenia. During the first months, he was eligible to attend the Stoa's meetings, without taking part in the polls. Between October 2021 and February 2023, he held many offices in Zenia; as a result, he was actively involved in the micronation's political scene.
Exile
Following the Rhomaian coup d'état, he was forced to abandon the Stoa among other members and into exile, where they operate the government-in-exile of Zenia. At some point the High Consul, who was missing up to that day, announced his resignation. Since Themistocles was the one who gained access to Zenia's social media and spread the word regarding the coup, he was unanimously voted as the successor to Alexander.

As of February 2023, Themistocles has not established his own micronation and is thus only a micronational citizen of Zenia.
Political affiliations
Themistocles has been affiliated in the Zenian Stoa since 2021. He has assumed various offices throughout 2022 and even became a close partner of Alexander, then High Consul of Zenia. After the coup d'état on 8 February 2023, he coined the term "captain" as part of his vocal resistance against the occupant forces. On 12 February, Alexander officially resigned as High Consul and Themistocles was appointed by the Stoa as his legal successor.
