President Theodore Adam Zopf Von Neuhessen is a American/New Hessian Micronationalist born September 18, and is the incumbent President/President until death or resignation of The Republic of New Hessenand the Supervisory President of the United Federated States of Carlos. A General Assembly delegate, and Under-Secretary General for Peacekeeping of the United New England Micronations, he is known by some for his skill and knowledge in military history, tactics, and aviation, and by others for being a former weeb of Anime. Zopf was introduced to MicroWiki and the concept of Micronationalism by Elizabeth "Snowie" Langley on 15 May 2022. On 17 May 2022, he founded the Republic of New Hessen, assumed office as President and Grand Marshall of the Republic of New Hessen Self-Defense Forces, and appended the formal second surname Von Neuhessen to his name. On 27 September 2022, he founded the United Federated States of Carlos, and assumed office as President of the Grand Territories of the Republic of New Hessen and Grand Marshall of the Republic of New Hessen Self-Defense Forces.
