His Royal Majesty Tiberius I (born 29 June 2007 in Craigavon, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom) is a Polish micronationalist living in Northern Ireland and was the only President of Bannin from 1 March 2022 to 6 May 2022, and the Premier of the State of Starbuck Island from 9 March 2022 to 6 May 2022. His mother was born in Opole, Poland. His father was born in Poland, but the city is unknown. In Roscamistan he was the third Deputy Prime Minister of Mervustan from 7 March 2022, serving under Doros Patusky as both Prime Minister and Governor, until the position was dissolved, and became Lieutenant Governor. Upon dissolution of the Federal Republic of Bannin, he became the Governor of the Province of Bannin-upon-Craigavon. After the province’s dissolution, he went inactive in micronationalism until November 2022, when he revived Bannin as a monarchy.
