The Head of State of Falcar is known as the Monarch or King of Falcar. The current occupant being Todd Leon. The powers of the Monarch are defined by the 2014 constitution and include symbolic and ceremonial, Defensive, Legislative, Executive and Financial responsibilities. The Head of State also holds the title of Commander-in-Chief of the Falcarian Defence Force and Chief Prosecutor. The Monarch cannot be the subject of civil or criminal proceedings within Falcar.

Leon is the first and current monarch of the Kingdom of Falcar having assumed the role from Edward after the dissolution of the former micronation of Turto.

The monarch is currently the head of Government (acting Prime Minister) until a request for election is made.
